A shared lunch adds to the cheerful atmosphere, giving carers a chance to relax, enjoy good food, and feel truly appreciated. The afternoon continues with a light‑hearted Reflect and Connect activity that brings people together in meaningful, positive ways, wrapping the day in gratitude, warmth, and a renewed sense of community.
