Caring Together: Protecting Your Relationship While Caring for a Loved One

This 4-hour, in-person workshop is designed specifically for couples who share a caring role and want to strengthen their relationship while navigating the emotional, practical, and relational challenges of caring together.

Led by Randa Habelrih, an experienced relationship, and couple's facilitator with a strong background in supporting couples through stress, communication breakdown, role changes, and emotional load, the workshop provides a safe, supportive space to reconnect, build understanding, and develop practical tools for caring as a team.

The session focuses on communication, emotional resilience, boundaries, and maintaining connection while caregiving.

Both members of the couple must attend, as the workshop is built around shared participation, reflection, and skill-building to support the couple as a united partnership.

 What you will learn:

  • Improve communication and emotional safety
  • Reduce resentment and prevent burnout
  • Strengthen teamwork without losing intimacy
  • Maintain connection alongside caregiving responsibilities
