Carrying the Load; Men's Carer Wellbeing Workshop

As a male carer, you probably spend plenty of time carrying things. Responsibility, stress, other people’s needs and the occasional; “I am fine,” when you are anything but.

For three hours, we are giving you somewhere to put some of that down.

Join us for Carrying the Load, a practical men’s wellbeing workshop where you can move, reset and recharge alongside other male carers, without turning it into a three-hour heart to heart.

Through adaptable movement, guided breathing, and recovery activities, you will explore practical ways to manage stress, clear your head, and take some time for yourself. Somewhere along the way, you might meet a few blokes who understand what caring actually looks like.

Not a gym person? It does not matter.
Not much of a talker? That is fine, too.
Come as you are and leave feeling a little lighter.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
