Chinese Painting Class - Hurstville or EastwoodΒ ε›½η”»θ―Ύ

This class is a gentle, restorative Chinese painting series designed especially for caregivers. Step into a quiet space where flowing brushstrokes and mindful pauses create more than art—they create healing. Whether you are completely new to painting or simply seeking a peaceful outlet, this series offers you the chance to:

  • Learn foundational Chinese brush painting techniques (like ink handling, floral and landscape compositions).
  • Experience meditative breathing and grounding practices woven into each session.
  • Release stress through creativity and reconnect with your inner calm.
  • Share space with others who understand the emotional weight of caregiving.

Each stroke becomes a breath, each blank space a moment of rest. This is not about painting—it is about finding balance, beauty, and a bit of stillness in your busy world.

Tutor will speak in Mandarin. Bella from the Peer Support team will interpret into English to facilitate this session.

No art experience needed – just an open heart.

Carers can register for one or both sessions.
