Crafting your calm is a two-session workshop designed especially for carers to explore simple, effective ways to manage stress and restore balance to the body and mind. Through engaging activities and shared reflection, you will learn self-soothing and distress tolerance strategies, get your creative juices flowing by building your own self-soothing box, and gain practical skills to support both the wellbeing of yourself and those you care for. Each session is hands-on with no prior experience or knowledge needed. Just bring yourself and a box to the first session, any old shoe box will do!
