Forest Therapy Walk - Auburn

Immerse yourself in a therapeutic walk-through the Auburn Botanic Gardens where a certified Forest Therapy Guide will lead you through a series of gentle mindfulness exercises inspired by the Japanese practice of ‘Shinrin-Yoku.’

The walk will encourage you to immerse yourself in nature through your senses and bring you into the present moment. You will also have the chance to enjoy Japanese tea and snacks following the walk!

Please keep in mind your fitness level when registering for this event. Transport is not provided.
