The day begins with a calming sound bath and guided meditation, where the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls encourage deep relaxation. You will then be introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques, simple, evidence-informed practice that can help reduce stress, anxiety, grief, guilt, and emotional overwhelm.
Accredited Life and Business Coach Theresa Perry will also lead a personal goal-setting session using the internationally recognised Wheel of Life framework, helping participants reflect on their lives, reconnect with their aspirations, and create a practical plan for the future.
A nourishing lunch is included.
