Home Care Packages and the new Support at Home Program

As of 1st November 2025, the Australian Government’s new Support at Home Program has officially replaced the Home Care Packages (HCP) system.

Representatives from the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing will guide us through the process ensuring our loved ones are receiving the right level of support to stay independent at home.
