Loving Awareness - Zen Zone Meditation - Friday

In this series, we will create space to be with the experience of our lives. Through loving awareness, we will explore what it truly means to be present, cultivating inner qualities of acceptance and resilience.
We’ll engage in weekly guided meditation and journaling reflections to deepen our practice and explore the benefits of surrendering to loving awareness. Journaling will take place in the last 10 minutes of the session.
