Managing guilt in the caring role

Lighten the Load: Navigating Guilt is a four-session, closed psycho-educational group aimed at exploring the often-unspoken experience of guilt in caring relationships.

This workshop will provide a safe and supportive space to explore common guilt triggers, unhelpful internal beliefs, and the emotional toll of ongoing care. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and practical coping tools, carers will begin to shift from self-blame to self-compassion, learn how to set healthy boundaries, and connect with others who truly understand the unique challenges of caring.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or struggling with saying no, this group will help you reconnect with your own needs, without guilt.

To gain the full benefit of these workshops, attendance to all four fortnightly sessions is required.
