Mental health first aid training: learn how to support others – Hurstville

Join us for an accredited Mental Health First Aid training designed to build confidence in recognising, responding to, and supporting people experiencing mental health challenges. Through interactive discussions and evidence-based strategies, participants will learn how to:

  • Identify early signs of mental distress
  • Provide initial help and reassurance
  • Connect individuals with professional and community supports

This course empowers participants to foster a mentally healthy environment at work, home, and in the community. Together we can reduce stigma and make a real difference.
