Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips you with the knowledge and confidence to provide initial support to another adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. Through this two-day course, you will learn about the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems in adults, how to recognize and respond to an emerging or worsening mental health problem, and how to encourage the person to seek professional help or other support.
