Mindful connections by the water - Manly
Carers are invited to take time for themselves in this gentle outdoor wellbeing workshop by the water. The session includes pebble painting, mindful movement, and gentle stretching. Offering a calm, fun, and supportive space to relax and chat with other carers while being immersed in the serenity of nature and the water. No experience needed! Just bring along a towel or pillow to sit on and enjoy a moment of mindful connection.
