NAIDOC - Bush Tucker, Yarns & Connection: A Native Food Cultural Experience - Parramatta

Experience a unique Saturday cultural journey through flavour, storytelling, and connection with a special Cook & Talk Native Foods Experience led by First Nations chef and educator Jo-ann Lee.

Designed to support working carers outside standard weekday hours, this immersive event combines native food tastings, live cooking demonstrations, yarning circles, and cultural conversations that celebrate the richness of First Nations knowledge, history, and contemporary food practices.

From wattleseed scones and bush flavours to truth-telling, reflection, and shared meals, participants will enjoy a hands-on and meaningful experience that nourishes both body and spirit while creating space for learning, connection, and community.
