NAIDOC - Tranby Experience - Glebe

Step into a powerful day of culture, connection, and learning at Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative this NAIDOC Week.

Guided by Koori Kinnections, carers will take part in an immersive cultural experience featuring:
  • On-Country walk through the Glebe foreshore and Jubilee Park.
  • Yarning with community, cultural knowledge sharing with Aunty Barb.
  • Guided tour of Tranby’s rich history of Aboriginal activism and leadership.
  • Hands-on traditional weaving workshop.
With shared meals, meaningful conversations, and opportunities for reflection throughout the day, this unique experience celebrates culture, resilience, and connection while creating a culturally safe space for carers to learn, engage, and build community.
