Post-Traumatic Growth: Exploring the Possibility of Positive Change

Have you ever come across the idea that something meaningful can emerge from life’s most difficult experiences? This workshop offers a space to explore what trauma really is and why it’s far more common than we often realise. From there, we delve into the origins of posttraumatic growth, how it works, and the ways people around the world have found unexpected growth after significant challenges. Together, we look at how this differs from resilience, how to recognise growth in our own lives, and how we might nurture more of it moving forward.

The session is led by Adrian O’Malley, who experienced a stroke at just 34. If you’re curious to explore a new way of understanding your own journey, this workshop offers a supportive environment to discover what growth might look like for you.
