Resilience allows us to thrive in life even when even we are facing things that are tough. This series explores how resilience helps and gives you stepping stones to building this into your own life. The workshop will be exploring the physical, emotional, and mental domains of selfcare that can support resilience. There will be time to process what is happening for you along the way. With this under your belt you can start to improve your capacity to really enjoy life even in the tough times.
Together, we will explore:
- Why self-care matters for carers
- What self-care really looks like
- And most importantly, how to make it part of your everyday life
- This is your time to focus on you, to recharge, grow, and become the best version of yourself.
