Resilient Caregivers: Empowering Self-Care

Carers are givers and sometimes they need to take a step back, to make sure their own needs are being attended to. Resilient Caregivers will help you to come to terms with the why, the what and the self-care, so you can become your best version of you. This is a six session series to be run weekly. Each session will have a different theme and incorporate examples of self-care across the five domains (physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual).
You must commit to attend all sessions.
