Speaking Up - self advocacy in women's health

This empowering workshop runs in partnership with the Physical Disability Council of NSW. It will explore the essential skills of self-advocacy, knowing when to speak up, how to do it effectively, and understanding your rights and responsibilities.

While aligned with Women’s Health Week, the tools shared are valuable for anyone in a caring role or navigating complex systems. Learn how to communicate your needs with confidence, set boundaries, and ensure your voice is heard.

Whether you are managing appointments, dealing with services, or facing your own health concerns, this session will help you communicate clearly, stand firm in your decisions, and ensure your voice is heard.
