Talking Through the Tough Stuff - Practical Strategies for Difficult Conversations - Seven Hills

Difficult conversations can feel even harder when caring responsibilities, stress and family dynamics are involved. This practical 4-hour workshop supports carers with strategies to communicate more confidently and compassionately during emotionally challenging situations.

Participants will explore topics including emotional triggers, boundary setting, conflict resolution, dementia communication strategies and managing family disagreements around care decisions. Through guided discussion and realistic scenarios, carers will gain practical tools to respond rather than react, reduce escalation and strengthen connection with those they care for.

This supportive session also offers the opportunity to connect with other carers navigating similar experiences.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
