The Decluttering Diva Workshop - West Ryde

As a carer, your time, energy, and patience are constantly in demand, and clutter can add an extra layer of stress to an already busy life. The Decluttering Diva workshop is designed for carers, offering practical, realistic solutions to help you create a calmer, more manageable home environment.

In this supportive and interactive session, we will explore the true causes of clutter and why the “perfect homes” you see on TV or social media often are not achievable or helpful, in real life. You will learn simple, compassionate strategies that fit around your caring role, as well as practical tips to encourage family members and those you support to be involved in a positive way.

Through hands-on activities and real-life scenarios, you will gain tools you can use straight away to reduce overwhelm and improve daily routines. There will also be a dedicated Q&A session, giving you the chance to ask questions and get advice tailored to your situation.

Take a step toward less stress, more space, and a home that truly supports you in your caring journey.

Light lunch will be provided.
