The High Performing Carer Workshop – Sydney

Caring for someone can be deeply meaningful, but it can also leave little time or energy to care for yourself. Join Barry Du Bois for an inspiring and practical workshop designed to help carers recognise the early signs of fatigue and burnout, rebuild personal capacity, and create a more sustainable path forward.

Drawing on Barry's lived experience, practical resilience strategies, and shared learning with other carers, this interactive workshop provides a safe and supportive space to reflect and refocus.

You will also enjoy a special session with Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb, an award-winning behavioural scientist and leading expert in human behaviour and decision-making. Juliette will share practical, evidence-based strategies to build resilience, support wellbeing and create lasting positive change in everyday life.

Leave feeling empowered with realistic strategies, renewed confidence and a personal action plan to help you care for yourself while continuing to care for others.

Lunch and morning tea will be provided.
