Time Management Tools Workshop

Managing time can be tough without the right tools. Join fellow carers in a four-part session ser to learn effective time management skills and discover practical strategies that fit your lifestyle. You will learn foundational skills, practical strategies, and tips to help build your time management toolbox with approaches that work for you.
Sessions 1-3: Building Your Toolbox
In these weekly sessions, you will explore foundational elements like setting boundaries, managing expectations, and overcoming procrastination. You will also practice using lists, planners, prioritizing, and managing a chaotic schedule, discovering tools that work best for you and your specific needs.
Session 4: Bringing It All Together
After a week’s break, Session 4 will help you integrate all the techniques from the first three sessions and apply them to your unique, changing schedule, ensuring long-term success.
Attendance for all four sessions is required.
