Trace the Constellations at Green Point Observatory – Oyster Bay

Let us step into the wonders of the night sky with an evening of astronomy at Sydney’s largest amateur observatory. We will enjoy an informative visual presentation and a guided tour of the observatory, before observing the stars through a state-of-the-art Schmidt Telescope on the roll off roof. We are especially lucky to be visiting during a favourable first quarter moon, which means we will get a view of Earth’s natural satellite (weather permitting). Bring your jacket, and your interest in the universe for a fun evening under the stars!
