Walk, talk and unwind – gathering in nature - Blacktown

Take a well-earned break and join us for a Nature Walk at the beautiful Nurragingy Reserve. This peaceful oasis features winding lakes, lush Chinese gardens, shaded walking paths and an abundance of birdlife, the perfect setting to relax and reset. As we stroll through the reserves’ tranquil landscapes, you will enjoy gentle exercise, fresh air, and the chance to connect with other carers who understand your journey.

This leisurely walk is all about supporting your physical and mental wellbeing while soaking up nature’s calm. Comfortable shoes, positive vibes, and a sense of fun are encouraged. We look forward to seeing you there.
