What About Me - Working Carers One Day Workshop

This one-day workshop is specially created in collaboration with The Benevolent Society and Set 2 Learn to focus on empowering working carers to understand the importance of self-care and how to manage stressful situations they are exposed to in their caring roles. This carer workshop will also provide an opportunity for carers to: - 

- Reconnect with their self-care and overall wellbeing  

- Making connections with other carers 

- Learn valuable tools to help them navigate the many challenges carers face in their role as a carer 

- Gain valuable respite from their caring role, allowing them to re-fill the cup and resume their caring roles  

- Learn relaxation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, providing practical tools to bring more wellness to their life and carer experience. 

Transport is not included.
