What About Me: Reclaim, Reset & Rebuild – Continuing the Empowerment Journey- Riverwood

Ready to go beyond awareness and take real action? What About Me? - Beyond the Concept of Empowerment is a powerful two-day immersive program designed to help carers reconnect with themselves and rediscover who they are beyond their caring role.

Building on the foundations of the original What About Me? workshop, this next-level experience supports you to deepen self-reflection, strengthen boundaries, and actively rebuild your identity with confidence and clarity.

Across two engaging days, you will gain practical tools, take part in guided discussions, and develop personalised strategies that support sustainable wellbeing and long-term change. This is your time to pause, reset, and put yourself back on the priority list—because true empowerment is not just understanding your needs; it is taking action to honour them.

Attendance at both sessions is required.

Some of the topics we will explore during the two-day workshop are:
  • Who am I?
  • Emotional intelligence
  • What are our barriers to effecting Change?
  • Exploring true empowerment
