Your Parenting Toolkit: Emotion Coaching for Real-life Calm, Confidence & Care

Supporting your child through challenging behaviours can feel overwhelming—but you are not alone. This interactive workshop is designed to empower parents and carers of children aged two to twelve with practical strategies and insights to better understand, manage, and respond to everyday behavioural challenges.

Whether your child is neurotypical or neurodivergent, you will find a welcoming, inclusive space to learn and connect with others navigating similar experiences. These sessions offer the opportunity for shared reflection and discussion, helping you feel supported and informed.

What You will Gain:

  • A clear understanding of child development and how emotions influence behaviour
  • Tools to distinguish typical behaviours and how to respond to them consistently
  • Practical, evidence-informed strategies to manage behaviour positively
  • Emotion coaching techniques to foster connection and growth

This program is especially inclusive of parents of neurodivergent children, offering insights and approaches tailored to diverse needs. Together, we will explore ways to respond with confidence and care—even on the toughest days.

Attendance for all three sessions is required.
